Referment are working with a global software provider with a great reputation across the sector who are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their permanent team in London.
They are are looking for someone with strong Customer Success experience, solid knowledge of the Capital Markets, along with the ability to retain and maximise existing client relationships.
Key Requirements:
- At least 3 years in a Customer Success, Client Support or Relationship Management position working closely with clients
- Experience working for a SaaS business
- Knowledge of the financial services sector is required, both buy and sell side.
- Experience working on client retention and using metrics and frameworks to increase customer satisfaction
