Our investment in our back-office team means that you’re set up to deliver from day one! They manage your jobs and social media presence and our systems filter candidates to provide you with shortlists of great talent, letting you focus on delivering.
Flexible working in London.
We're based in Vauxhall, London at a TOG office with some incredible amenities including an on-site gym with free membership, a fully stocked bar and roof terrace with views over the River and Westminster. There's also the free teas and coffees plus a kitchen on each floor along with plenty of private and open breakout spaces.
We have a flexible working policy with most of our team working a few days from home each week and a dress-down culture too. We're open to speaking to talent from around the UK as long as they're open to working from our London office a few days a month.
Renumeration.
We pay competitive base-salaries plus bonuses for back-office team members. Recruiters can earn up to 40% commission on each deal plus great base-salaries in line with experience.

Plus we're working on a proprietary matching algorithm that's head and shoulders above any candidate matching system in the business. This provides our relationship managers with a shortlist of great candidates from our database within 5 minutes of a job being put on our site.
