Giving out names is not easy, especially when you don’t know what’s going to happen to them. So let’s lift the shroud of mystery, here’s what we do once we receive your referral and why you can trust your contact is in good hands.

These 5 steps maximise their chance to get the job:

1. Understand what your contact is looking for and how we can help

One of our Candidate Managers will have an in-depth conversation with your contact to find out what they are looking for in their next role. We will review their CV and help them make improvements based on the value they have delivered in previous employment.

2. Find out if the role is a good fit for their skills and personal goals

We match their info against the job requirements and our knowledge of the company culture to find out if it is a good fit.

3. Make them stand-out to the clients

Good news, your personal endorsement already plays a huge part in helping your contact stand out from other candidates. In addition, our recruiters know exactly what the hiring managers are looking for so they can best prepare your contact to maximise their chance of success.

4. Ace the face to face with the client

Interviews can be difficult, stressful and enduring. Our consultants will guide them through the process from beginning to end. Your contact will have a personal point of reference for any questions they may have. At this stage we send you a £50 Amazon voucher to say thanks.

5. Receive an offer

Congratulations! Your contact will start a new job soon, thanks to you taking the initiative to refer them. You will receive the referral reward money as soon as their rebate period ends.

If it’s not a match the first time, we try again.

Either the client or the candidate may at any stage decide not to take things further, but the journey is far from over. By now we have an excellent understanding of what your contact is looking for. If we place them in another role within 6 months you will still receive a full referral reward.
