Earlier this year we launched our new Referral Rewards scheme that rewards you with more, the more you make successful referrals, which is when your referral completes a first-round interview with the hiring manager through Referment.
You start at £250 for your first successful referral and earn an additional £50 for each subsequent one until you hit Referminator status, where you'll earn £500 per successful referral, indefinitely.
We're now excited to announce our new Supercharged feature, giving anyone the chance to earn £500 for their next referral!
We'll be highlighting one referral opportunity each week and any successful referrals made to that role during that week will be worth £500 in referral rewards (regardless of your existing referral level). So, even if it's your first ever referral, you could receive £500 within 48 hours of the person you refer completing a first-round interview!
The first Supercharged referral opportunity is a Quant Developer (Fixed Income Credit) role we're working on for a global leading Hedge Fund with over $120bn AUM who are looking to strengthen their analytics library product.
They're seeking a skilled Quant Developer within Fixed Income Credit experience to work across research and development of their analytics library here in London and the ideal candidate will have expert object-orientated programming knowledge (at least 5+ years) and experience with Fixed Income derivatives pricing and modelling with either a Hedge fund or a Bank.
If you know someone that may be interested, refer them on the Referment platform and we'll reward you with £500 within 48 hours of them completing a first-round interview with the hiring manager.

Only referrals made within the mentioned time period will be eligible for a supercharged referral reward but you can still earn your individual referral rewards level for any successful referrals you make for other roles. So be sure to log into Referment and take a look at all our jobs in Financial Services to earn from your network!
