What industries do you cover?

We specialise in Financial Services and Technology, although we also cover Insurance and the wider Capital Markets. After building long-lasting success in London, we’ve expanded to Sydney to bring our innovative recruitment solutions to the Australian markets.

What kind of roles do you post?

Everything from software developers to business analysts, C-suite to marketers. Our roles are most suitable for FinTech professionals with 1-15 years of experience.

What companies do you work with?

We work with a wide array of companies. From S&P/ASX mainstays to industry re-defining start-ups. Check out our open roles to see some of the clients we work with.

How do I make a referral?

Once signed-up and logged-in, you’ll see two options. By clicking on “Let Referment do the work”, you can refer anyone to us and we’ll do the rest. To refer direct to a role, click on “View Open Opportunities”.

How do I make a good referral?

We generally recommend that a good referral matches a few criteria. Are they actively looking for a new role? Do they have the right industry experience? Do they have the right skills? Do they have the right to work in the Australia? It’s also important to give us as many contact details as possible in order for us to get in touch with them ASAP.

Can I apply myself?

Yes! Click on browse and find the job you’d like to apply to. Give us as much information about yourself as possible and our relationship managers will be in touch to discuss your next opportunity!

Do I get rewarded when I apply myself?

No, but you do get rewarded with a new role! 

What do you do with my referral’s information?

We’ll use the information you’ve provided to contact the candidate and talk them through the opportunity. If they don’t get back to us, we may ask you to give them a nudge.

How do you pay out rewards?

We pay out referral rewards as vouchers. Our operations team will be in contact to discuss which vouchers you’d like to choose. We can also organise a donation to a charity of your choice, if you’d prefer.

When will I get rewarded?

We aim to pay out rewards within 48 hours. Our operations team will get in touch to let you know your referral has interviewed and ask you which vouchers you’d like to receive.
